The mission of the Feral Angels Rescue Mission is to trap, neuter, release and provide shelter for our neighborhood feral cats in the rural area where we live. In the years we have been doing this we've discovered that many feral cats can become loving pets.
Finding forever homes for these socialized, domesticated, formerly-feral cats is our secondary mission. We have a dedicated, climate-controlled shelter where they can play, eat and interact with humans until they find loving companions.
We are presently caring for approximately 40 cats and we are still working to stabilize our colony.
If you are interested in volunteering and do not live in or near Youngsville, NC, we are seeking help with website building and maintenance, grant writing and other fundraising/marketing programs.
If you do live in or near Youngsville and would like to help out with any of the above-mentioned positions or if you would like to become a volunteer we are seeking help socializing our shelter cats and/or helping out with basic chores for our indoor shelter and outdoor cat sanctuary. We are also seeking help building more structures for the outdoor cats and hope to also build a secure screen porch for the shelter cats as soon we have the funds we need to do so.
